Prepare your arrival

Buddy system and Administrative tasks
The Students’ Association supports incoming exchange students coming to L'Institut Agro Montpellier. It provides services and welcome activities for incoming students: Pick-up service at the airport or train station, Informal arrival celebration and other integration activities…
Each international student is matched with a local student (buddy) by a mentoring program managed by the association. International students can interact with their buddy to prepare their arrival. On arrival, they receive help from their buddy and from the Mobility Team with administrative procedures such as visas, insurance, housing, bank account...
Living cost, accommodation and meals
Once accepted, students can book a room or a bedsit in one of L'Institut Agro Montpellier's student residence halls. A home insurance for your accommodation is compulsory. It can be taken when opening a bank account. It will include a liability insurance which is needed for field trip and internship.
Students can eat at the campus restaurant under the same conditions as the L'Institut Agro Montpellier students.
