Each year, students in the Advanced Master® “Innovations and Policies for Sustainable Food Systems” (IPAD) program undertake a study of a technical or organizational innovation.
At the beginning of the year, each participant chooses an "innovation", one that is technical or organizational, that could strengthen the sustainability of food systems. This innovation may already exist or it may be one proposed by the participant. At the end of the study, which is supervised by a tutor, participants should be able to answer the following questions:
In parallel with these individual studies, participants in the Advanced Master® “Innovations and Policies for Sustainable Food Systems” (IPAD) collectively organize a day focussing on the innovations studied: the Innovations for Sustainable Food Systems Day (JIPAD). This day brings together all of the individual studies, which are presented in the form of short films made by the participants, and is organized around discussion-debate workshops.
JIPAD is open to the public - it is a good opportunity to meet the graduating class and/or come and talk about the innovations that are presented! The 5th JIPAD will be held in the beginning of April 2019.
